Our second setup is slightly more expensive than the first one but not by much. It uses the same motors but all the rest is different. First of all it uses a ZMR 250mm frame made of 3k carbon fiber and fiberglass, highly resistant to almost all crashes and hits, don’t be afraid of going crazy with this racer, no trees or walls will stop it. Besides the carbon fiber the frame also consists of aluminium alloy spacers, it is both lightweight and durable. The frame has a rubber damper to decrease vibration during flight, you will find this very useful, therefore somewhat common among drone racers frames.
Flight Controller 8.5/10
The controller is a NAZE32 6DOF, Naze 32 boards are not new in the market, they have been here for quite a while and are very popular among drone enthusiasts. The board includes both the BMP280 barometer and a MPU6500 accelerometer. This very popular board has been designed for small indoor or small to mid-sized outdoor multirotor crafts, or as a standalone camera stabilizer.
Motors and ESCs 8/10
On top of all this, this complete FPV drone racing package also includes the Tarot MT2204II-2300KV motors. The Electronic Speed Controls are produced by Simonk and are optimized for high performance flights with great linearity and very responsive throttle. It is particularly aimed at multirotors. The rotation direction of the motors is programmable (normal, reverse or bidirectional), safety features include low-voltage cut-off, over-heat and throttle signal loss protection.
As you can see it is yet another amazingly affordable complete ZMR2FPV package with all you need for drone racing. The only thing missing is a camera and once again we recommend the Eachine 700TVL 1/3 Cmos FPV System, it is a great and affordable addition to this racing drone. 1. Lisam 210 Custom Build (part list below)
You can build the Lisam 210, with a thrust to weight ratio of ~10, for as little as $104! This kit list compiled by UAVfutures will let you build this fast, race-ready FPV drone. All parts in the list are compatible, though with assembly of an FPV drone you will need some experience in soldering.
